What is the dress code?

Friday Welcome Drinks:

Attire: Casual

- Welcome Drinks are taking place in a bar, we suggest grabbing some dinner downtown Traverse City and stopping by for a few drinks!

Saturday Wedding Day

Attire: Cocktail

- Ideas for Women: Any length dress, jumpsuit, etc. Avoid wearing high heels/stilettos as cocktail hour and parts of the venue take place on grass. Color encouraged!

- Ideas for Men: Suit/blazer, button down shirt, ties optional.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? What will the weather be like?

The wedding will primarily take place outdoors and in a large tent with open sides. Expect highs to be in the 80s and lows to be in the 60s.

Are kids or pets allowed?

We love your kids and your pets, but we ask that you leave the little ones at home or with a sitter.

How do I access the shuttles?

The shuttles are free of charge and will pick up and drop off from both hotel blocks as well as a downtown location. These shuttles will take 2 trips at the start and end of the night. Timing and exact pick up spots are coming soon!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony if I am not taking a shuttle?

Please arrive around 4:00-4:15pm to leave time for parking and a short (1 min) shuttle via golf cart to our ceremony site (golf cart rides provided by venue)

Is there parking?

There is free parking on site.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We ask that you keep your phones and cameras off and out of sight for the ceremony in order to be fully present and enjoy this moment with us.
